The support of the community has helped me get to where I am. I want to collaborate with the community and the commissioner board, sheriff, and county officials to give back.
Like you, I have overcome adversity. For me, the path forward was through both self-management and teamwork. My journey starting the Lupus Research Foundation began with a diagnosis of lupus. Drawing from those challenges and how I got through them helps me lead with an open mind and determination. The way I see it, working together means always finding the path forward.
I want voters to know I care about what matters to them. I will put them first when making decisions.

Anoka County resident, engineer, nonprofit leader, and small business owner Regan Birr has announced her candidacy for Anoka County Commissioner, District 2. Birr is running on a platform of accountability, transparency, responsible government, and practical solutions to help keep Anoka County a safe, affordable, and thriving place to live, work, and raise a family.
